Fusion Classes

Incorporating poses and breath work together with mobility exercises to both strengthen and lengthen muscle and connective tissue. Class length is 45 minutes making the work out efficient in time and effective for training the body.
Wednesdays: "Studio Strong" ......incorporates weights or barre, more strength and mobility focus, upbeat music, be ready to sweat! Will increase overall strength, mobility and balance!
Fridays- "Studio Stretch"......flowing through stretch positions with intentional breath and lengthening work, will challenge balance, increase mobility and overall body awareness
